Newborn Series
0-12 Weeks Old
The Newborn Series is designed for moms & babies 0-12 weeks old. It is an 8-week series led by a licensed therapist with a PMH-C. Each week we discuss topics and invite local expert guest speakers to share about topics such as feeding baby, mental health, relationship changes, sleep, developmental milestones, returning to work & more. The last class features a professional photographer 1:1 mom & baby photo session with a free photo included. Sign up while pregnant during your 2nd trimester to make sure you get a spot!
ML Playgroups & Music Classes
3 Months - 3 Years Old
Mom League Playgroups & Music Classes are hosted in Winston-Salem and are for caregivers & little ones ages 3 mos-3 years old (little ones age out of Playgroups when they turn 4). Hosted seasonally with weekly themes, Playgroups offer opportunities to learn, play & socialize. Every week you'll enjoy new activities, sensory exploration, seasonal crafts, gross and fine motor activities, photo opps, singing, learning ASL, books, bubbles & more!
