Expecting? Congratulations! If you’re looking for connection with other moms, expert-led guidance and evidence-based info on all things postpartum, you’re in the right place. Welcome to Mom League.

Mom League exists to support you through this season. Our expert-led curriculum covers essential newborn and postpartum topics while connecting you with other moms navigating the same changes. You don’t have to do this alone.

The Newborn Series

Charlotte, NC

Things to Know

  • 8-week series with moms & babies (0-12 weeks old at the start of the series)

  • Register while pregnant, ideally during your 2nd trimester, as classes fill quickly

  • Join the Newborn Series that follows your due date. Series launch monthly so moms and babies move through the same stages together

  • Led by trusted local perinatal experts who specialize in postpartum and newborn care

  • Guided, instructor-led conversations in a supportive, judgment-free space

  • You’ll meet with the same small group of around 12 moms and babies each week

  • Scholarships are available. Apply under the “About” tab

  • Two-mom families are welcome

  • Hosted at (depending on series):

    • Myers Park Location: The Grove CLT - 1043 Providence Rd

    • Dilworth Location: The Bunny Hive Charlotte - 1207 East Blvd

    • Elizabeth Location: Barre3 - 1942 E 7th St #103

    • NoDa Location: James + Joy - 715 E 36th St #113
